Storyliving by Disney is moving along with its master-planned neighborhood, Cotino in Ranch Mirage of the Coachella Valley in California and they’ve shared some of the inspiration concepts for homes for the new community expected to welcome first residents in 2024.

While these concept images are not intended be actual homes; they are meant to be representative inspiration of the types of homes and designs that builders will offer in the Cotino community. These images are being included as pat of the Cotino community’s Preliminary Development Plan which will be presented to officials in the City of Rancho Mirage.

Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney community,  is set to welcome residents by 2024. This master planned community feature at least one section expressly for residents 55+. Sales are scheduled to begin in early 2023.
