Disney Legend Dave Smith is going to be posthumously honored on January 24, 2022 in two special commemorative events at the Disneyland Main Street Opera House and D23 Members are invited to attend the event with complimentary tickets available from the D23 official site.

The special presentations will include memories from some of those who knew Dave well, including Becky Cline, Director of the Walt Disney Archives, sharing stories and fond memories of Dave and celebrating his legacy—which will continue to live on with his new window at Disneyland.

Guests will also receive a commemorative gift upon departure.

This event takes place inside Disneyland Park during normal operating hours — park admission and park reservations ARE NOT included but are required to attend. The D23 event additionally does not include admission to the private window ceremony taking place earlier in the day.
