Disneyland dropped some long awaited entertaining news today with the confirmation of many entertainment offerings including Fantasmic!, World of Color, the return of Tale of the Lion King and more. Noticeably missing? Any word on Magic Happens Parade.

Tale of the Lion King
Tale of the Lion King, which debuted in 2019 at Disney California Adventure park, will be coming back but this time to the Fantasyland Theater at Disneyland park. The simple storytelling experience features Storytellers of the Pride Lands, a troupe of traveling performers who present Simba’s beloved and timeless journey in a unique story-theater style with live music and dance. No date has been announced.
Main Street Electrical Parade
Commemorating its 50th anniversary, the “Main Street Electrical Parade” will make its grand return to Disneyland park! This news was first teased by Disney back in October. No date has been announced.
World of Color
Paradise Bay at Disney California Adventure will come alive once more this spring with the return of World of Color!
Fantasmic!
Fan favorite Fantasmic! will show you some imagination when it returns as Disney’s longest-running nighttime spectacular! No date has been announced.
Disneyland Forever fireworks spectacular
Disneyland Forever is another weclomed return to Disneyland with a sparkling pyrotechnics and immersive projections show celebrating the Happiest Place on Earth.
Celebrate Gospel!
The cherished yearly tradition returns! In February 2022, “Celebrate Gospel!” will expand and feature live choir performances, each sharing its own distinctive style and inspiration. It’s also moving to the Fantasyland Theater at Disneyland park.
