The Disney Junior channel is getting some new representation at Disney California Adventure this summer with the new Disney Junior Dance Party. Out is the staged puppet show and in its place is a “musically infused, interactive concert format that involves guests directly in the experience.”
The high-energy new live “show experience” will feature the newest Disney Junior shows including “Mickey and the Roadster Racers,” “Doc McStuffins,” “Sofia the First” and “The Lion Guard.” The show is set to include live appearances from some of your favorite characters, fun music from Disney Junior and much more.
The show replaces the current “Playhouse Disney – Live on Stage!” which has run in the park since 2003 in various incarnations over the years updated to showcase the various shows including Bear in the Big Blue House, Rollie Pollie Ollie, Little Einsteins, Handy Manny, and more.
The all-new “Disney Junior Dance Party” show debuts in Hollywood Land at Disney California Adventure park on May 26, 2017!
