It’s finally time for 2026 Knott’s Scary Farm and the park is ready to welcome you to experience a fresh crop of new terror but before the horrors are unleashed, you are cordially invited to an enchanting opening scaremony that will feature Sarah Marshall the green witch and her two sisters who are hell-bent on making this one night you will never forget!

About the Show

Sarah Marshall is coming. And wherever she walks, her sisters are never far behind. They return with the autumn wind each Halloween and together Sarah, Mary, and Agnes summon some more of the deepest, darkest, and scariest demonic creatures to overtake the town in the name of revenge. If the Marshall sisters have anything to do with it it, tonight, Calico belongs to hell.

In years past, this event was always more of a brief hullabaloo to introduce the unleashing all the monsters into the park but this year Knott’s builds up the lore of the Green Witch (AKA Sarah Marshall) and her sisters…. and still unleashes all the monsters on the crowds!

How to Watch

Knott’s Scary Farm opening scaremony runs approximately 10 minutes and starts on the streets of Calico before overtaking the wide open area near Calico Park. The entire area is a viewing area with characters appearing on rooftops on surrounding buildings and Sarah Marshall appearing atop the Calico Mine Ride.

The show kicks off right at the start of the event each night which means only the first few hundred guests into the park each evening will get to experience this spectacle that fills the entire plaza.
