The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back again with plenty to nosh, nibble, and sip through the flavors of the Golden State. The event features not just food and beverage options but a slew of entertainment, shopping, and other experiences including the return of Soarin’ Over California!

Not just food and wine but beer and dessert, appetizers, and more are part of a whole world of feasting options this year. Some of the highlights to tempt the palate this year include returning favorites like Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri and the Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces. Brand-new items include the Chicharrón Nachos topped with a salsa verde, the Chicken and Waffle Mole Taco and the Carbonara Pizzetta with applewood smoked bacon.

Events and Classes
Enjoy a variety of complimentary Culinary Demonstrations with rotating chefs or, for those seeking more exclusive events, enjoy upcharge receptions with hands-on activities. No official details have yet been posted.
Entertainment
The original Soarin’ Over California is back again with its iconic score and unforgettable visuals — this year it’s staying on past the end of the festival until early July. We also see the return of fan-favorite entertainment with guests ready to start Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs plus Disney friends and a band of merry culinary music makers bringing a rhythmic beat. There’s also the chance to engage in some Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties where kids aged 3-11 can decorate a cupcake and see Minnie Mouse.
Plus, Chef Goofy is up to his culinary hijinks once again — ready for pictures in Hollywood Land. Live entertainment returns this year with a huge array of musical acts celebrating a variety of different style at the Palisades Stage and Paradise Garden Bandstand.
