The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival is back for the 2026 season promising a “berry” full line up to tempt the palate this year including a robust menu of food and drink all around Knott’s Berry Farm. The Tasting Card is back again this year and we’ve got all the details on the food and drink items that you can redeem.

What to Expect

The prepaid option with a Boysenberry Festival Tasting Card gives you the opportunity to taste your way through SIX different dishes and beverage options from participating booths and locations around the park.

Some of the savory options include fan-favorite Boysenberry Sausage Hoagie featuring boysenberry mustard and crispy fried onions plus newbies like Boysenberry Tortilla Tacos stuffed with deep fried cauliflower, boysenberry coleslaw and crema, and Reuben Ball served with a spicy boysenberry thousand island dressing. Other selections include Boysenberry and Ginger Soy Glazed Cod over kale quinoa, Pork Schnitzel with a boysenberry chutney, and Boysenberry Cajun Shrimp with creamy orzo. More choices include Spaghetti in a Mini Garlic Boysenberry Bread Bowl, and Boysenberry Candied Bacon on a Stick.

Dessert offerings feature the Sweet Boysenberry Tamale, Boysenberry Shortcake Sushi Roll, Boysenberry Matcha Mousse Cup, and Deep-Fried Coconut Cream Bao Buns with a boysenberry drizzle. Additional treats include Boysenberry Brick, which is fried brioche with boysenberry jam and soft serve, plus the Boysenberry and Dark Chocolate Frozen Banana. Options such as Boysenberry & Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Boysenberry Pistachio Bar, and Monkey Bread topped with glaze and boysenberry are also available.

Spirited libations with alcohol include the Sweet Cherry and Boysenberry Bourbon Slush, Boysenberry Tequila Sunrise, Boysenberry Sangria, and Berries and Cream Margarita. Non-alcoholic beverage choices consist of Boysenberry and Blood Orange Lemonade, Boysenberry and Kiwi Lemonade, and Mango Berry Smoothie. Another non-alcoholic option is the Boysenberry Dippin’ Dots Sprite Float.
