What to Expect
The a la carte menus available all around the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival feature a variety of boysenberry-inspired dishes, blending sweet and savory flavors from participating booths and locations around the park.
Some of the savory options include Boysenberry Sausage Tater Tots with Cheese, which are sauteed with onions and peppers. Other selections feature the Boysenberry Chimichurri Cheeseburger, Boysenberry Chili and Cheese Funnel Cake, and Boysenberry Marinated Carnitas Fries. The menu also offers Potato Tacos with Boysenberry Crema, Boysenberry Sausage and Mushroom Pizza, and Deep Fried Pickle Spears with Boysenberry Aioli. For those seeking greens, options include Caesar Salad with Boysenberry Croutons and Salmon Salad with Boysenberry Chamoy and Chili Powder.
Dessert offerings consist of the Boysenberry Tres Leches Cake, Boysenberry Cheesecake Swirl Brownie, and Boysenberry Macaroon. There’s also choices like the Mini FUN Bun, a deep-fried cinnamon bun with boysenberry glaze, or Beignets with Vanilla Soft Serve and Boysenberry Topping.
