The Menu

In the bar and lounge find delicate bites such as Beef Tartare topped with Osetra caviar, Laughing Tiger, which is a reimagining of the fan-favorite Smiling Tiger Salad, or Bone Marrow Custard.

In the main dining room find dishes such as American Wagyu N.Y. served medium rare with a grape fennel mustardo; a Sorpresine Pasta served with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter; or an elegant dish of Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms. Other decadent dishes you can enjoy include the Pacific Shrimp Apple Flutes with crème fraîche and emerald oil; Wild Boar Agnolotti with a persimmon coulis and chestnuts; and Tide Pools is a delicate fish of buttery hiramasa in a cockle broth with uni foam.

For your sweet tooth, consider the beautifully dreamy Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux or the Elevated and Reminiscent Valrhona Chocolate Bar.
