During the 2025 Knott’s Merry Farm season, you’ll find a winter wonderland offering up a holiday feast from corner to corner of the park. To help you this maximize your time during the season, we’ve compiled a big list of the most complete food and drink options to help you strategize your day.
Here’s a look at everything you need to know about the food and drink menus for the 2025 holiday season at Knott’s Merry Farm.

What to Expect
Some of the savory options include Roasted-Chicken Tortilla Soup, Holiday Ham Tots, and Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese. Other unique items are the Mele Kalikimaka Pizza, which features ham, jalapeño, and caramelized pineapple, and the Tinsel Town Turkey Dinner Loaded Potato or Mac & Cheese Bread Bowl. Guests can also find a Turkey Corn Dog with a stuffing seasoned batter, Angry Santa Fries topped with habaneros and popcorn chicken, and a Waffle Tower made with chicken, waffles, and mashed potato.
For dessert, choices range from funnel cakes like Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallow and Masapan Funnel Cake to cookies such as the Gourmet Mint Chocolate Cookie with peppermint mousse. Other notable sweets are the Dubai Chocolate Bar, Deep-Fried Pumpkin French Toast, and Eggnog Bread Pudding with a whiskey caramel sauce. Also available are a Cream-Filled Gingerbread Concha, Zebra Cheesecake, and a Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip served with Nilla wafers.
The menu features spirited libations with alcohol, including cocktails like the Santa’s Kiss Cocktail, Western Winter Whiskey Mule, and Pumpkin RumChata Coffee Cocktail. A wide selection of seasonal beers is available, such as the Sugar Cookie Double Hazy IPA and the To All a Good Night — Mexican-Style Winter Bock, alongside other options like Holiday Spiced Wine and Sam Adam’s Seasonal. Non-alcoholic options include a Sparkling Cranberry Lemonade and Santa’s Hat Shirley Temple.
