Grinchmas is coming to Universal Studios Hollywood in a big way for the 2025 Universal Holiday season with a fully expanded menu that temporarily takes over Hollywood & Dine at the main entrance of the park. We tried a bunch of the the Whoville-inspired menu and are happy to share our thoughts so you know what you must try and what to skip.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Grinchmas menu at Hollywood & Dine for the 2025 Universal Holiday season at Universal Studios Hollywood.
What to Expect
The Hollywood & Dine menu has been temporarily hijacked by the Grinch this year and it brings a Whoville inspired assortment of menu items to get you into the holiday spirit. The selection of Specialty Drinks features the bright green Grinch’s™ Heart Lemonade, the peppermint white chocolate Who Cold Brew with Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries® cereal, the Who-ville Snowball Hot Chocolate topped with a Snoballs®, and the Reindeer in Training ginger ale drink. For desserts, you can enjoy the Who Pudding, a strawberry mousse dome, or the Who-bilation Funnel Cake which is topped with strawberry sauce, vanilla ice cream, and Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries® cereal.
The menu includes several Grinch-themed entrées. The list of items starts with the Who Hash loaded tater tots with brisket and cheese sauce and the loaded Dumpit to Crumpit Onion Rings. For something unexpected, the attention-grabbing Stick a Doodle is a corn dog coated in cheddar cheese sauce and Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal. Other savory options include the Who-B-Q Roast Beastwich, a brisket sandwich on a spiral croissant bun, the traditional Klubwich, and the holiday-inspired Gooey Gobble Melt with cranberry aioli. Those looking for lighter or plant-based options can try the Who-Wreath Salad or the vegan The Roast Beast-less Loaf.
Although the Univeral Holiday season begins November 24, 2025 the Grinchmas holiday offerings debuted in the park early starting November 7!

Complete Menu
Below is a look at everything on the menu including ratings and reviews for what we tasted!
Specialty Drinks (Non-Alcoholic)
Who Cold Brew
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Who Cold Brew ($11.00) features a peppermint white chocolate cold brew topped with sweet vanilla cold foam and Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal. This is honestly up there for us along with the likes of the Black Caf Bold Brew at Disneyland. We loved this. Despite its appearance, it’s not actually doing too much flavor-wise and is a nice sugary treat.
Grinch’s™ Heart Lemonade
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️⚫
Grinch’s™ Heart Lemonade ($11.00) (GF) features green apple lemonade with a red light up cube and 3 heart gummy candies and Green apple jelly. We don’t tend to get the syrupy soda mocktails but the glowing cube suckered us in. When all was said and done, we actually quite enjoyed this sour sweet treat. A perfect Grinchy brew!
Reindeer In Training
RATING: ☀️☀️⚫⚫⚫
Reindeer In Training ($11.00) Apple sauce and ginger ale topped with whipped cream and a Max antler cookie. It’s not bad, it’s just for the price tag there’s a many things in the park that would be better worth your Who-cash.
Who-ville Snowball Hot Chocolate
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️⚫⚫
Who-ville Snowball Hot Chocolate ($11.00) Iced oat milk hot chocolate topped with a Snoballs. Did we enjoy this quite a bit? Yes we did. It is also just chocolate milk with a pre-packaged chocolate snack cake on top? Yes it is. YOLO.
Entrees
Stick a Doodle
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️⚫
Stick a Doodle ($14.99) is a traditional corn dog coated in cheddar cheese sauce and Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal served with curly fries. This is an absolutely silly option and it works. We love this kind of theme park novelty food item that looks great and honesty tastes pretty good, too! If you’re curious, we recommend giving it a try!
Dumpit to Crumpit Onion Rings
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️⚫⚫
Dumpit to Crumpit Onion Rings ($13.99) are onion rings loaded with chicken, bacon, jalapenos and white queso. Everything here tasted good together. Considering listed as an entree, there was a decent portion of chicken here. This should be fairly filling but pretty heavy as a meal on it’s own.
Who Hash
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️⚫⚫
Who Hash ($18.99) are loaded tater tots with brisket, cheese sauce, grilled onions and Thousand Island dressing. We’ve had these in Florida and loved them but something got lost in translation for us here. Despite the menu listing grilled onions, we didn’t have any on ours which we think would have helped. Still, the tots are great and the flavors do not disappoint. Did need more meat though.
Who-B-Q Roast Beastwich
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️⚫⚫
Who-B-Q Roast Beastwich ($18.99) features beef brisket, FRITOS Flavor Twists honey BBQ flavored corn chips, pickles, and BBQ sauce on a spiral croissant bun. Served with curly fries. We think this has potential but ours didn’t have the BBQ sauce on it which we think would have really tied all the flavors together. The meat was nice and smokey and everything was tasty.
Who-Wreath Salad
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️⚫⚫
Who-Wreath Salad ($13.99) features mixed greens, candied pecans, apples, raspberries, and pomegranate served with raspberry vinaigrette. We really quite enjoyed this one, the candied pecans and apples paired with the fresh berries and vinaigrette made this taste like a great weeding salad. The only thing it was missing was some feta or goat cheese and/or a protein.
Gooey Gobble Melt
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️⚫
Gooey Gobble Melt ($15.99) features turkey and Swiss melted with creamy slaw and cranberry aioli served with curly fries. There’s no surprises here but we were still surprised at how much we enjoyed this hot sandwich. The meat was piled high and the flavors all worked together in unison.
Klubwich
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Klubwich ($18.99) Turkey, Swiss, Ham, and Bacon topped with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomatoes served on toasted bread with curly fries. There’s no surprises here, you know exactly what you’re getting and it’s just perfectly satisfying. I swear the bread had a hint of Cap’n Crunch but I might just be bursting from the seems with the cereal from all the other dishes. Extra points for being a grown-up-tasting meal but looking absolutely silly and fun.
The Roast Beast-less Loaf
RATING: ☀️⚫⚫⚫⚫
The Roast Beast-less Loaf ($15.99) (Vegan) (GF, V, VG) Plant-based meatloaf served with roasted Brussels sprouts and garlic herb mashed potatoes. The small portion sizing is enough to make a true Grinch’s tiny black heart smile. If you’re not super hungry then this could be a satisfying dish although we found the loaf to be extremely carrot-forward. There was nothing special about the potatoes or the brussel sprouts making this one a very easy recommendation to skip…. unless you’re not super hungry and LOVE carrots.
Dessert
Who Pudding
RATING: ☀️☀️☀️☀️⚫
Who Pudding ($9.99) is a strawberry mousse dome with vanilla sponge, strawberry crunch and strawberry jam. This is a super sugary treat with an artificial strawberry flavor and we honestly enjoyed it quite a bit as a special holiday treat. It’s not a must-try but we did finish it!
Who-bilation Funnel Cake
Who-bilation Funnel Cake ($13.99) is a classic funnel cake with strawberry sauce, vanilla ice cream, Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal. We haven’t had the chance to try this one yet but are sharing a picture of the one on display inside the restaurant.
