After so much speculation and anticipation, the confirmed location of the new Avatar themed expansion at Disney California Adventure spells the end of an era for the residents of Monstropolis. The closure expands beyond those city limits as Disney additionally confirms “a portion of the current Hollywood Backlot area.”
