We can’t all come and go by bubble but a pair of possibly the most iconic Ozians are popping in to meet and greet with fans during Universal Fan Fest Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Hollywood. Elphaba and Glinda became icons on screen in WICKED and before they make their return to the theaters this year in WICKED: FOR GOOD, they’re ready to meet fans!

With hosted tickets, we were given access to the park to uncover all the fun for ourselves. Here’s a look at everything you need to know about meeting Elphaba and Glinda during Universal Fan Fest Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

What to Expect

Meet and Greet

The Elphaba and Glinda characters, fully adorned in familiar costumes from WICKED, greet guests at the existing WICKED photo op near the park entrance. As to be expected, these two heroines are quite popular — and they know about pop-u-lar! On opening night when we visited, Elphaba and Glinda did not make appearances together. Instead, they alternated with each other throughout the night.

Appearance times are not listed in the app so you will have to keep checking back at the photo backdrop near the Universal Studios main entrance. We saw Glinda arrive first after 7:30 PM and we Elphaba come out at 1:30am bookending the night. Throughout the evening, the two will alternate doing approximately 30 minute sets. Make sure to check on the day of your visit to ensure you don’t miss out!

Universal Fan Fest Nights tickets range from the cheapest option at $74 for General Admission (offering entry to the event) to the most expensive option at $373 for the VIP Tour (which includes a guided tour, unlimited express access, private trolley transport, gourmet dinner, and valet parking). Mid-range options offer a combination of daytime park admission with limited express access to rides and attractions, plus evening event access with early entry to select experiences.
