About the Exhibit
The Life and Art of Charles M. Schulz exhibit showcases his personal history and his role as the creative force behind PEANUTS. Schulz introduced the world to Peanuts on October 2, 1950, spending 50 years crafting stories that blended humor, heart, and everyday life. Through Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the gang, he explored themes of friendship, disappointment, faith, and resilience, creating a comic strip that resonated across generations.
The exhibit traces Schulz’s journey from Minnesota to California, highlighting the evolution of PEANUTS. Featuring 30 comic strips, personal quotes, and photographs, it offers a closer look into the creation of one of the most influential cartoons of all time.
