PEANUTS Cowboy Jamboree is back at the 2025 Knott’s PEANUTS Celebration bringing the biggest serving of old-fashioned, family-friendly, fun this side of Calico Ghost Town — and Franklin and Schroeder are ready to get in on the fun.

About the Show

There’s different activities planned for the day and Franklin and Schroeder will be your guides to the rootin’ tootin’ fun. The festivities are geared to the young — or the young at heart. These are not scripted shows per se but fun opportunities to just PLAY! Here’s some of the activities you can expect to encounter:

  • Steer Ropin’ 101
  • Prairie Egg Relay Race
  • Mrs. Knott’s Pie Toss
  • Big Ol’ Horseshoes (or Mystery Game)
  • Spike’s Bean Bag Challenge

How to Enjoy

PEANUTS Cowboy Jamboree takes place in Calico Park several times per day each show lasts approximately 15-20 minutes. There’s only one showtime for each type of activity so you’ll want to check out the Calico Town Square message board for times on the day of your visit to make sure you don’t miss activities that you want to enjoy. There’s no need to arrive early as the setup is fairly flexible and easy.

Typical showtimes are 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:45 PM, and 4:45 PM but always check the app for showtimes on the day of your visit. The show may be dark on week days or have fewer showtimes.
