A fun array of Disney friends are now appearing at at Disney California Adventure for the the 2025 Lunar New Year and we’ve got a look at all the festivities taking place.
Here’s a look at all the characters can expect to see during the 2025 Lunar New Year Celebration at Disney California Adventure.
@mouseinfo Disney characters can be found all around Disney California Adventure for the Lunar New Year celebration year of the snake. Mickey and Minnie are wearing new outfits this year inspired by Korean traditional attire. You can also find friends from “Turning Red” including MeilinbLee and Ming Lee. Plus, Mulan, Mushu, and other pals including Goofy.

A bunch of Disney friends are on hand to celebrate the Lunar New Year. All around the park you never know who you might see, including…
- Mickey and Minnie can always be counted on to join a celebration in style and this year their colorful outfits are inspired by traditional Korean attire.
- Goofy and other friends might be making appearances for the festival, dressed in attire to commemorate the Lunar New Year
- Chip and Dale can be seen in this year’s Mulan’s Luna rNew Year Procession
- Mulan and Mushu are also ready to greet guests and wish them a lucky, prosperous, and happy new year.
- Meilin Lee and her mother Ming Lee from Disney-Pixar’s TURNING RED are back near Ariel’s Undersea Adventure

Mickey and Minnie
Find the adorable duo alternating sets with various characters at the Paradise Gardens gazebo (near Paradise Garden Grill)
Goofy
You never know where he might pop up. If he’s not at the Paradise Gardens gazebo (near Paradise Garden Grill) you might see him roaming the Paradise Gardens area.
Chip and Dale
Can be seen in this year’s Mulan’s Luna rNew Year Procession
Mulan and Mushu
One or both of the characters together can be seen alternating sets with various characters at the Paradise Gardens gazebo (near Paradise Garden Grill).
Meilin and Ming Lee
Head to San Francisco Street near Ariel’s Undersea Adventure to see a dedicated meet and greet from these two characters from TURNING RED.
