The Gold Mine Trail is opening up once again for the 2024 Knott’s Spooky Farm season and it invites in all Ghost Town residents and friends for an expansion of the fall-themed fun in the park. This area is also available during the Knott’s Scary Farm separately-ticketed event.

What to Expect

Typically only open during the busier times of year, the Gold Mine Trail is an offshoot of Ghost Town starting right near the entrance to Ghostrider. Mosey on down the path to find even more autumnal photo-ops, food, and drinks plus a host of special vendors and games including Monster Smash and the Phantom at the Gold Trails Hotel games where you can try your hand at classic carnival-style games to win some ADORABLE prizes including stylized funny ghosts, candy corns, and more.

You can also find vendors including Pops Kettle Corn and Jerked Out Jerky offering their latest creations. Knott’s Spooky Farm is included with regular park admission and takes place in the daytime — Thursdays through Sundays (plus Indigenous Peoples’ Day) — from September 26 through October 31, 2024.
