About the Experience

Step into the Ghost Town Livery Stables where, instead of horses, burrows, and adorable farm animals you will find the creepiest crawliest critters this side of Calico. From snakes and spiders to reptiles and more there’s plenty of skin chilling creatures on display.

You can get an up close look at a bunch of creatures including some that might even be available for petting. Conquer your phobia and learn more about the creatures from staff on hand or just admire them from a distance. You might just find these creatures might just be more misunderstood than worthy of your biggest fears.

This special exhibit is supported by the Southern California Herpetology Association & Rescue so many of the creatures on display have been rescued from from previously unhealthy or unsafe conditions. They may look a bit rough around the edges (even for creepy crawlies) but they are are on the mend under careful supervision from the SCHAR team.
