Coming as a full album (also on vinyl) in 2024, Mickey & Friends are collaborating on a new pop-punk album that will feature, amongst others, Simple Plan with a new rendition of “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” from THE LION LING.

DISNEYPUNK_MAIN-COVER_1X1_V001A Whole New Sound will be a full album promising a fun selection of covers of Disney songs covered by alternative, rock, and pop-punk bands. Promotional artwork released for the new album features Mickey, Goofy, and Donald with a whole new look.

The newly-released pop-punk cover of “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” is available now on all streaming platforms (including Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music and more),is a fresh new take on a beloved classic. On August 9, during the 2024 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the award-winning band Simple Plan will the song play for fans in attendance.

Mickey and his friends, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, and Pluto have always been immersed in popular culture, and fans will soon see them emerge in even more exciting, and sometimes unexpected places, as they explore their interests in fun new ways.
