Ballast Point Brewing Co.

Calabrian Chili Glazed Salmon, 6 oz. of salmon, pan roasted and covered in a Calabrian chili glaze, served over a carrot-parsnip purée and miso marinated bok choy.
Blood Orange Arugula Salad, arugala tossed in a blood orange vinaigrette and topped with goat cheese, croutons, crispy prosciutto and blood orange segments.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes

BT Fish & Chips Sandwich, a battered cod with down east tartar sauce, malt vinegar and black pepper spice, black pepper fries, lemon and dill slaw.

Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio

Grilled Mexican Seabass topped with a Gulf shrimp and heirloom tomato salad, Tasso potato cake and yellow bell pepper emulsion, paired with Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc.

Naples Ristorante e Bar

Vesuvio Pizza made with hand-tossed dough, pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, spicy salami and capers with drizzles of California hot honey.

Pink Rosé & Watermelon Sorbet (Vegan), a frosé that says “cheers” with a ripe watermelon and rosé punch made into an out-of-this-world juicy sorbet drizzled in house-made raspberry rosé jam for a crisp tartness that carefully balances the sweetness of the wine.
