With ticket sales beginning as early as March 26th for the upcoming D23 2024 (formerly D23 Expo), there’s a lot of important information to know before buying your tickets. There’s plenty more to be announced over the coming months and you can keep your eye here at MouseInfo.com/D23 for the latest news and information as we gear up for the event in August.
Below is some important information including changes and new details that you’ll need to know before buying your tickets.
Ticketing
D23 Membership Required to Purchase Tickets
Only D23 Members may purchase tickets.
- D23 General Membership is available at no charge.
- D23 Gold Membership is $99.99/year
- D23 Gold Duo Membership is $129.99/year

Ticket Purchase Changes
In addition to requiring that all ticket sales must be made by D23 members, the below information is important to know.
- Guests will be allowed to purchase tickets for up to eight (8) total guests.
- All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.).
- Tickets CAN be transferred to other guests; however, the recipient email must be associated with a D23 Member account to claim the badge transferred to them.

When to Buy Tickets
- March 26 (12pm PT): D23 Gold Members Pre-sale
- March 27 (12pm PT): Visa Cardholder Pre-sale
- March 26 (12pm PT): General sales for all D23 Members
Honda Center
Transportation
Although details are yet to be announced on specifics, Disney has confirmed that complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be available between the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center before and after the evening shows. The service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to limited availability.
Honda Center Bag Policy will be in effect
Security screening at all entrances with metal detectors and manual inspection are expected. In addition, the Honda Center’s very strict policies on bags will be in effect.
Bags and purses can be no larger than 5″ x 9″ x 2″ and are subject to manual inspection — this includes clear bags.
- All other purses/bags/clutches will not be allowed into the venue. Backpacks of any size (including mini backpacks and clear backpacks) are not permitted.
- Guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, are permitted to bring a bag no larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection.
- The Honda Center does not offer a bag check. Disney is still working out solutions for fans who are planning to make purchases at the Anaheim Convention Center before heading to the Honda Center but no announcements have yet been made.

Anaheim Convention Center
No overnight queueing
- As in previous years, overnight queuing is not available for the event and will not be allowed around the perimeter of the Anaheim Convention Center or the Honda Center.
Reservations and Standby Queues
The advance reservation system for most panels, presentations, and shows at the Anaheim Convention Center is being expanded:
- Guests can to make reservation selections for up to 8 total guests. This allows an entire party to be able to attend together instead of just a single guest.
- Guests will have the opportunity to add, modify, or cancel their reservations before the event.
- Standby queues will be available at all stage venues for guests who do not receive a reservation for panels or presentations, as well as Talent Central, and for most experiences across the show floor.
Additional information on the Reservations Random Selection Process will be available in early Summer 2024.
Virtual Queues
- Virtual queues will be available at select locations each day of the event. Details will be available in the weeks leading up to the event.
- Virtual queues are separate from reservations, which are provided via a Random Selection Process ahead of the event.

Event Hours
Anaheim Convention Center:
- Anaheim Convention Center show hours for all guests are 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Honda Center: Doors for the Honda Center will open two (2) hours prior to each presentation start time.
- Disney Entertainment Showcase: Friday, August 9, at 7 p.m.
- Disney Experiences Showcase: Saturday, August 10, at 7 p.m.
- Disney Legends Ceremony: Sunday, August 11, at 5 p.m.
