The event features not just food and beverage options but a slew of entertainment, shopping, and other experiences including the return of Soarin’ Over California!

Special Culinary Demonstrations are available at no extra charge where you can watch cooking demos with favorite local and visiting chefs who show you how to make special dishes and treats. No samples are served.

Sommeliers, brew masters and mixologists divulge industry expertise during these 45-minute sessions.

Mixology Class at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Lounge: Learn to make a classic tiki libation in the legendary Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. After enjoying your hand-crafted cocktail, indulge in tray passed hors d’oeuvres while enjoying the sounds of the island at the outdoor fireplace. Take home a Trader Sam’s fan favorite tiki mug as a souvenir of your adventure.

“A Walk on the Silverado Trail”: Hosted amongst the notable collection of historical California art at the venerable Hearthstone Lounge, sip a curated selection of the Silverado Trail’s exquisite wines delightfully paired with plates specially crafted by the talented hotel culinary team. Meet the chefs and sommeliers of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa as well as experts from the wine industry in an indoor-outdoor culinary experience.
COST: $250 per person—plus tax and gratuities
WHEN: April 19
Gastronomic Journey at Napa Rose: Your special evening will begin with a reception featuring sparkling wine, passed hors d’oeuvres and live jazz music. The main event is a group-seated, 5-course tasting menu accompanied by expertly curated wine pairings from Peter Michael Winery. Patrick Kirchen, Napa Rose Wine Director, will team up with winemaker Robert Fiore to share the stories of each wine directly with guests.

Soarin’ Over California
Soarin’ Over California is back for the length of this year’s Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival!
Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs
Chip and Dale along with a band of merry culinary music makers bring a rhythmic beat to the Hollywood Land street!
Confection Purrfection
Minnie Mouse joins in on the fun with the Disney Junior SuperKitties where kids aged 3-11 can decorate a cupcake!
Chef Goofy
Chef Goofy is dressed in his culinary best and is ready for hugs at this meet and greet location in Hollywood Land.
Palisades Stage
Enjoy live music in a large energetic space from a rotating roster of talent throughout the length of the festival including Tina Aldana Party Band, Cassie B, Tomasina, Hiatus, Phat Cat Swinger, 9Zero Band, and Island Reggae Band. Typical showtimes are 3 pm, 4 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm. Subject to change.
Paradise Gardens
Enjoy live music in a more intimate setting including Denean’s Soul Foundation, Faultlines, Mel and Friends, Jason Fabus Trio featuring Natalie Mendoza, The Filharmonic, Westside 6, and Sabrina Lentini. Typical showtimes are 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm. Subject to change.
Arts and Crafts
Kids can find arts and crafts stations near Paradise Park and near the Hollywood Backlot Stage.
