Trader Sam’s at the Disneyland Hotel is an immensely popular little hotspot of the Disneyland Resort thanks to a relaxed tropical atmosphere and creative tiki concoctions. One of the staples for the enchanted watering hole is the HippopotoMai-Tai which is a combination and dark and light rums and fresh fruit flavors.

Recipe makes 1 serving.
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 ounce Orgeat almond syrup
- 1/2 ounce orange Curacao
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice cubes.
- Shake and strain into cocktail glass over crushed ice — mugs with tiki faces recommended
- Garnish with a skewered orange slice and cherry, along with a sprig of mint.
