As an important part of the storytelling experience, Disney doesn’t often pull back the curtain for a look at their Costuming department but a special new exhibit takes a behind the seams look at the Imagineering: Behind the Dreams, Disney Experiences pavilion on the Show Floor at the Anaheim Convention Center for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.

Here’s what we saw for the Disney Costuming exhibit at the Imagineering: Behind the Dreams, Disney Experiences pavilion at the 2024 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.

Fans can get an up close look at several pieces of costumes as well as a sneak peek at some of the fabrics, swatches, sketches, and details that go into fabricating some of the most impressive pieces of garments worn at the Happiest Place on Earth and at Disney experiences all around the globe.

Located on the Show Floor (Booth W7 in Hall C) the Imagineering: Behind the Dreams pavilion is a one-of-a-kind pavilion with a peek behind the curtain of favorite offerings under the Disney Experiences umbrella. You’ll find design models, interactive demos, live prototypes, offering the chance to get a first-hand view of the innovative and immersive storytelling from Walt Disney Imagineering.
