The Knott’s Hotel is nearly ready to fully unveil its fully renovated lodging destination and one of the highlights for the refresh is a completely updated Thirty Acres Kitchen restaurant. We had the opportunity to visit during its soft open to check out the space and some menu offerings.

Thirty Acres Kitchen actually features three distinct sections with different operating hours. You can find the Pantry with Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go items; the main dining room features breakfast, lunch and dinner; and there’s a full-service bar. The restaurant replaces the former Amber Waves restaurant.

Whether you’re looking for a spot before or after a day in Knott’s Berry Farm or just in the area, this is a promising spot with a decent selection and reasonable prices.
