Disney confirmed today that alongside a revamped Main Street Electrical Parade that fan favorite nighttime spectaculars Disneyland Forever and World of Color will return on April 22, 2022 with Fantasmic! coming May 28, 2022.
No changes have been announced for iconic shows, so we expect them to come back in the same form as before the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s important to note that Disneyland Forever will only be performed on weekends until Memorial Day, when it will transition to nightly performances for the summer.

Main Street Electrical Parade

World of Color
- WHERE: At Disney California Adventure
- WHEN: Will return to its regular schedule upon reopening
Disneyland Forever fireworks spectacular
- WHERE: At Disneyland Park
- WHEN: From April 22 to late spring showtimes will be Fridays through Sundays. Mickey’s Mix Magic projections-only show will be scheduled Mondays through Thursdays. Disneyland Forever fireworks will then run nightly in the summer.
Returning May 28
Fantasmic!
- WHERE: At Disneyland Park
- WHEN: Will return to its regular schedule beginning May 28, 2022.
