The grand opening for Pixar Pier is just around the corner and Disney today confirmed some of the great new tastes that will be available at the Lamplight Lounge when it debuts with the land officially on June 23.

Potato Skins are made with crispy Yukon gold potatoes, these skins come with brown butter-caper yogurt, smoked paprika aïoli, and Manchego cheese.

Carne Asada Roll is a non-traditionally sushi roll featuring New York grilled strip steak, roasted Fresno chili salsa, escabeche, and crema.

The Spinach Salad consists of curly spinach with warm wild mushrooms, a soft poached egg, charred onion vinaigrette, shiitake “bacon,” and blue cheese toast.

Chicken Sandwich features crispy chicken with spicy chili glaze, vinegar slaw, and pineapple butter and served on an Amish bun alongside malted fries.

PB&J Roll for the little ones is a fun twist on a traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich feaeturing this creamy peanut butter and whole wheat “roll” that is drizzled with strawberry jelly. It’s also served with fresh fruit and a flower pot of hummus and veggies.
