One of the most popular panels every year for Disney geeks is the one for GRAVITY FALLS. This year was no exception with fans so excited that they literally started chanting before even being let into the panel hall. Writer Rob Renzetti was the moderator with creator Alex Hirsch, Mable voice Kristen Schaal, and writer Matt Chapman.
Before the panel really got under way, Disney XD offered up a sneak peek at two new shows coming to the channel: Future-Worm! and Pickle and Peanut. Both look hysterical and will no doubt likely find a kooky cult following like most of these rest of the roster of Disney XD programming with shows that are more geared more toward young adults than kids.
As always, the GRAVITY FALLS panel was all laughs. Kristen and Alex brought Mabel and Bill puppets to answer the fans questions. Nobody would talk much about the upcoming season, but we did get a few tidbits.
The big announcement during the event was the move to Disney XD channel and them selling Mabel’s Journal in 2016 with secrets they probably will never get to in the show and more! Watch the full video to really dive right in!
